TERMS OF SERVICE

💷 PAYMENT💙 I charge in GBP (AKA UK Pounds, Great British Pounds), and only accept payment via PayPal Invoice. I cannot offer accurate currency conversion, so please use Google for a general idea!
💙 You agree to pay within 48 hours of receiving the invoice or risk the commission being cancelled.
💙 If you require your commission to be private (never uploaded to my galleries or shared to anyone but the client), it will cost an added 50% of the base price.
💙 If you require your commission rushed (guarenteed to be finished before a specified date, usually for an event or special occasion) it will cost an added 30% of the base price, and you must give me three business days minimum to complete it once agreed.
💙 You must let me know prior to commissioning for private or rushed commissions.


COMMISSION PROCESS 📩💜 To start the commission, please contact me via FurAffinity or BlueSky with the appropriate commission form.
💜 You must provide a clear, visual reference of your character(s). I don't work off text descriptions of characters alone. If details are unclear or alternate between references given, then I reserve the right to decline making changes/fixes.
💜 Once the commission has been accepted, an invoice will be sent via PayPal with the email address you provided me. I require full payment before any work will start.
💜 Your commission will be added to my Trello Work Queue where you can keep track of it's progress. Please check this before enquiring about a commission status, unless I have forgotten to add you to this queue.
💜 Unless it is a rush commission (see PAYMENT section), I will aim to have your commission finished within two months or under. If this needs to be delayed for whatever time I will contact you to let you know! If for whatever reason I fail to contact you, please feel free to reach out to me to ask for progress.
💜 I am very happy to make two rounds of minor changes/fixes to the first WIP sent. Please be clear about what you need changed. After two rounds, each lot of changes will cost +£5.
💜 If markings/details are missed out by my own mistake, and the reference was clear, I will fix these even if the work was completed.


💱 REFUNDS💙 I will only offer full refunds if no work has been started, and you must give me at least one week's notice.
💙 If the commission is a drawing or an animation, and a WIP has been started/given, I will refund the difference based on what has already been completed.


DELIVERY 💌💜 The finished product will be delivered digitally via DropBox. (No account needed to download!)
💜 For digital drawings, I export both a high res (usually above 2k) and a low res (usually below 2k) version. If you need a specific size, please let me know and I'll see what I can do!
💜 If a commission includes many size variations, such as some of my icon types, I deliver it in a .zip file. If you are unable to open this (e.g. you are a mobile/tablet user) or aren't comfortable with .zip's then I'm very happy to send the individual files through individual links or via email, please just let me know.
💜 All of my non-icon work will include a RilinFluff/Rilin Watermark somewhere on the drawing. Please do not remove this.


🎨 PERSONAL DRAWING COMFORTS💙 I am most in my element drawing feral or digitigrade characters though I am not a complete stranger to plantigrade anthros or humans.
💙 Please understand that I'm still practicing human-like anatomy (for both humans characters and anthros), so it's of your own risk to commission me for that.
💙 I generally will only draw animal characters and creatures (furry, feral, scalie, e.t.c), but please feel free to ask!
💙 If a background is wanted, it will add an increase to the commission which depends on what is wanted and the commission tier. I am most comfortable with outside/nature inspired backgrounds, rather than buildings or interiors. Please enquire if you aren't sure.
💙 Though NSFW refs are fine, I will only draw SFW, and will not draw diapers, illegal drugs (alcohol and cigarettes are usually fine), vore, gore, inflation, bathroom/bodily waste. There are other things that I'm not personally comfortable drawing, but if you are not sure, please feel free to ask - I don't bite! 🐭
💙 Themes I would tentatively consider are general "edgier things" (e.g. a fight between two ferals with wounds, nose bleeds, "acid-trip" style, cigarettes, cocktails e.t.c) and life-drawing style anthro pinups, but my comfort depends on context.


COMMISSION USE 🎫💜 You may use your commission for anything personal, such as for an icon, Discord emoji, print it out for your own use, e.t.c. You may re-upload it anywhere, but please link back to my Rilin FurAffinity Account.
💜 As a commissioner, please do not utilize my work for commercial use or profit, (e.g. Selling stickers, prints or shirts from any designed work, using it as a logo e.t.c) If you need a commission to fit these needs, we can work out a fair price together.
💜 I am against the use of generative AI, and by commissioning me you agree to not use my work for any such generation.
💜 By commissioning me you agree that whilst you as the commissioner still maintain the rights of your characters, I, as the artist, own the rights to any work completed and may use it for portfolio, advertisement, or printing/selling purposes.
💜 You also agree that you are fine with the work being posted or shown publicly unless otherwise discussed (such as it being a private commission, or I agreed to withheld from posting until a special occasion to keep it a surprise).
💜 I will always contact the commissioner/character owner to ask permission before selling any prints/work of or including their characters.


🟠 OTHER💙 I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
